Returns & Exchanges

A Bathing Ape accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original BAPE plastic packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
